Satisfaction Guaranteed - or your money back!! We are confident that you will be pleased with the look, quality and feel of BrasilSul's Activewear -so much so, that if for any reason you are not 100% happy with the product, we will refund your money in full (less a small administrative charge).
Purchase any BrasilSul Activewear and if in the first 30 days you are not completely satisfied we will refund your money.
- Contact us via e-mail at sales@leisureware2you.co.uk to advise us you wish
to return the garments.
- We will ask you to complete a short questionnaire relating to why you have
returned your purchase.
- Return the garments to Leisureware2you, PO Box 736, Peterborough, PE7 3NL.
Please either use Registered Post which costs an additional 64p or as your
Post Office fro ‘Proof of posting’. This will cover you if Royal Mail looses
the package.
- We will refund you via the same payment method you used. ie if you paid by
card we will refund that card.
- We will deduct a £5.00 handling charge – this is to cover the various bank
charges incurred whilst processing your order. We will confirm safe receipt of
the clothing and processing of your refund.
