Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payment by credit/debit card or cheques. We only accept orders from within the UK and USA and all payments are in £ sterling. The credit/debit cards that we accept are show below:




We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. Cheques should be made payable to Mr GR Morris and sent to the contact details shown above.
Shipping And Handling At this time we are only shipping within the UK and USA. All orders will be despatched using First Class Recorded Mail to the UK and Airsure to the USA. Postage is included in the price of all goods for the UK. USA orders will have postage charged according to weight (contact us if you require a breakdown of the costs). A tracking number is available on request. Your order will normally reach you within 48 hours for the UK and 4/5 days for the USA.
Delivery Schedule We aim to process and despatch all goods promptly. Orders received by 3.00pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays) will be despatched the same day were possible. We use first class recorded mail for the UK (this is included in the price of the goods) and you should received your order within 48 hours. A signature will be required on delivery.

Special delivery - for a small additional charge of £3.00 we can despatch goods with a guaranteed next day delivery (UK only). This services is subject to goods being in stock and the order being received by 1.00pm (on a working day). We would suggest that orders requiring special delivery should be made by telephone so that we can confirm our ability to despatch as requested. A signature will be required on delivery.

Orders for the USA should normally be delivered within 4/5 days. You will be supplied with a tracking number by e-mail.

If you supply us with an email address when you place your order, we will confirm to you the despatch of your goods via email.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock we will contact you and advise you of the expected despatch date of the goods. We will also give you the option to cancel your order.
Tax Charges All our prices listed on this web site include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%. USA orders will not be charged VAT. Our VAT registration number is 844 9340 09
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If the goods are not as described or in the unlikely event that they are faulty on receipt, please notify us within 7 days from the day after the date on which you have received the goods and we will arrange for an immediate refund or replacement. We will pay the postage on returning goods that are faulty.

If you have a complaint regarding any of our products or the service provided to you, please contact our customer service staff (see contact details above). Complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days. We aim to resolve complaints as quickly and efficiently as possible. Where a complaint cannot be resolved immediately, you will be kept informed throughout the process.

Cancellations - you may cancel your order within 7 days from the day after the date on which you have received the goods. They should be returned to us unused and we will provide a full refund less the cost of shipping the goods to you. Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods and it is recommended that you obtain a proof of postage

All goods should reach you in perfect condition. If the goods are faulty or not as described you should return them to us within 7 days of receipt and we will either arrange for a replacement or refund. Your return postage will be refunded as well.

We also have a 'no quibble' money back policy. Providing the goods and the original manufacturers packaging reach us in new and undamaged condition we will make a full refund (exluding the cost of postage to you included in the original price of the goods). We recommend that you return the goods either using recorded delivery or by obtaining a proof of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
